Lily & Fox is a family business, set-up by Charlotte and Daniel. Charlotte grew up in Earlsdon and Daniel in nearby Birmingham, before moving to London where they spent over 12 years working in the film & TV industry.
The bakery was born out of an obsession with good food. We make delicious artisan baked goods, without all of the additives so often found in mass-produced breads and pastries. We aim to make our business as sustainable as possible. To this end, we use high quality, organic flour that supports regenerative farming practices.
We have a small and perfectly formed range of bakes which are now available in the wonderful Gonzo in Earlsdon including hand-rolled New York style bagels, epic chocolate brownies, ciabatta rolls and cinnamon buns. Our range will be expanding very soon so keep your eyes peeled for new products including seasonal offerings and weekly specials.
Lily & Fox - the name of the bakery is very close to our hearts. Lily is our daughter's middle name, and the name of Charlotte's great grandmother who was a baker in Coventry in the 1950s. Fox is the middle name of our son, and also the surname of Daniel's late uncle.
